Start It Up

This morning I woke up and completed the Slim in 6 "Start It Up" program.  It was  25 minutes of sheer pain!! lol  I did have to modify a few moves, but day 1 is complete.  Fresh fruit for breakfast next.

Today is going to be a busy day of cleaning and laundry (so many trips up and down the stairs).  I just wish I had central air or an air conditioner because it would make working out at home a little easier.  

Start of Slim in 6 program:
Weight= 198.6
Energy= None


Long term Goal:
Weight = 135
Energy = LOTS!!

Starting Again

It's been a few years since I have used this blog to document my weightloss, and perhaps that is why I gained my weight back?!

I am on a new mission to find my inner strength and to become the person I once was, and am way down deep inside (she got a bit lost in this thing I call life). 

I am going to be documenting my day to day life, the food I eat/drink, all physical activity as well as my thoughts and feelings for the day.

I appreciate you sharing this with me, and please say a prayer to keep me strong!
