So this morning my workout consisted of Fire 30 and Stretch 10. For whatever reason it was hard for me to even get through the warm up today! I pushed myself through the workout but I could tell that I only gave maybe 30% of my effort. Maybe it is due to missing two days of workouts (one cardio and one core).
This time change is really throwing me off. So it is just after 10am and I still have yet to eat breakfast. As soon as I'm done posting this I'm going to go make my Shakeology (think I'm going to have Chocolate Mint today! Yumm!!) then do some running around. This afternoon I will do Fire 45EZ (my FAV!!) to make up for my lack of oomph this morning.
In my video down below I mentioned that I am going to restart my TurboFire, but I decided to just continue with this program and then start P90X (which I ordered last night!). After a series of days of not getting groceries, today I'm going to go load up on the Inferno plan's groceries. TOMORROW I will start the Inferno plan. I'll take pre-inferno weight and measurements and post-inferno weight and measurements to see how much of a change there is.
